Mixture of Hatha & Restorative yoga led by Hattie Allsop, Tidal Flow Yoga. Each month has a particular theme which will guide the practice. These classes have been running since October 2021.
Allowing you to explore movement that feels right for you and your body. Allowing your own body to be the guide of your practice.
Grounding yoga practice connects you to the elements. It allows a sense of belonging as we move with the familiar rhythms of water, rooted to the earth. Rising with energy and retreating with rest as the season changes.
All students of all levels are welcome to my classes. I offer options for postures and adjustments, and teach in a way which is clear and understandable so that you can confidently come into the postures.
